The short version

This site does not show a cookie banner because it does not need one. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising scripts. Our page-view statistics are anonymous and work without cookies.

Anonymous statistics, no cookies

We measure page views with our own analytics tool, served from reporte.ai. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. IP addresses are masked before any record is written, so the data cannot identify you. Because it does not identify anyone, it does not require consent under EU rules. We only use it to see which guides get read, never for advertising.

Strictly necessary items

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly technical cookies for security and bot protection. We also use a first-party cookie to remember your language and your browser's local storage for technical preferences, such as whether you have already seen the newsletter invitation. None of this builds a personal profile and it is exempt from consent under EU rules.

Third parties

Tour images are loaded from Viator's image servers. If you click a tour link, you leave this site and viator.com sets its own cookies under its own cookie policy. The same applies to any external site we link to.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. This site keeps working without them.
